FAQ

1. Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Inshaa Allah our merchandise may delivered from 10 to 25 business days depending on your delivery area. If you have not received your order after 25 business days please feel free to contact us so that we can initiate a tracking process for your missing or delayed package. Items which are NOT readymade require more time for processing. Please be patience as some of these items are special made to your measurements.

2. A: What form of payments to you accept?

A: You may use your debit card or credit card that has a Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo on it. We also accept Personal Checks electronically using either Google Checkout or Paypal.com. We have a in house merchant account for process Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Google Checkout and Paypal.com are our online debit card, Credit Card and electronic check processors as well. We now currently accept Western Union. We do not accept payment using Cash or Money orders. 

3. Q: Do you accept International Orders?

A: We will accept and ship world-wide.

4. Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a store credit only. We'll send you a new size, color or an entirely different style (must be within the same price as originally purchased). You must return your order with 7 days of receipt of package. No exchange or returns will be accepted after 7 days. We do not refund or accept returns of special orders which includes garments made to your specification (sizes). We kindly ask that you make sure that the size or length that you want is correct according to our size chart. Email us at: sales at salaficlothing.com to get details on obtaining a return clain number (RCN). Please do not ship your package back to us until you have receive an email confirmation with your RCN and our return address. Any item returned without a RCN will NOT be exchanged. 
All exchanges must contain a copy of your receipt.


5. Q: How do I make a Exchange?

A: We reserve the right to refuse any exchanged item that has a visible stain or order this includes smoke order. We are not responsible for USPS leaving your packages outside your home.


6. Q: Taxes and Customs

A: We are not responsible for any additional cost like customs duty and/or taxes due to your country regulations.
